昱辉阳光突出本地制造战略

  昱辉阳光,作为中国太阳能巨头,已经宣布在世界各地的区域市场扩大组件生产的计划,以满足其不断增长的国际客户群。这一举措将大大降低公司的物流成本,同时提高其当地制造产品在当地的时效性。该公司将在Intersolar 2013上突出这一战略。Intersolar 2013是世界上最大的太阳能能源贸易展会,将于6月17 - 20日在德国慕尼黑举行。

  昱辉阳光目前在波兰、南非和印度都有本地化生产的工厂,并打算在不久的将来在欧洲扩大和开放更多的代工厂。

  昱辉阳光的代工厂总的年产能达到400兆瓦。这些工厂,其中第一个成立于2009年,能够根据昱辉阳光经过验证的材料清单生产最终的光伏组件,其中包括昱辉阳光先进的Virtus硅片技术。玻璃、铝边框和其他常见的组件辅料,将在当地采购,从而进一步降低物流成本。

  ReneSola to highlight regional manufacturing strategy and commitment to EU markets at Intersolar 2013

  ReneSola, the Chinese solar giant, has announced plans to expandits production facilities in regional markets around the world to serve its growing international client base. This initiative will significantly reduce the company’s transport costs while improving the availability of its locally produced products at a regional level. The company will highlight this strategy at Intersolar 2013, the world’s largest solar energy trade fair, held 17– 20 June in Munich, Germany.

  ReneSola currently has regional production facilities in Poland, South Africa and India, and intends to expand and open more in Europe in the near future.

  “We have worked hard to establish a global presence and be a truly international business,” says Xianshou Li, CEO of ReneSola. “Intersolar is an important occasion for us to show our commitment to the European market and our belief in its sustained potential. Positioning our manufacturing plants closer to our customers has long been a part of our corporate strategy. It saves money and time, while reducing the environmental impact of transport. But it also gives stock flexibility around the world, allowing us to adapt and respond better to peaks and troughs in demand.”

  ReneSola’s regional facilities have a combined annual capacity of 400 MWp. The facilities, the first of which was established in 2009, create finished PV modules based on ReneSola’s proven bill of materials, which includes ReneSola’s advanced Virtus wafer technology. Glass, aluminium and other more common components needed to create the modules are sourced locally, further reducing transport cost.

  Each facility is operated by a production partner that creates finished products under the ReneSola brand. To ensure all modules are produced to its own high standards, ReneSola carefully selects and closely monitors its production partners worldwide, and ensures production is carried out in line with IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) standards and related factory inspections.

  At its regional facilities, ReneSola continues to focus on its VirtusII product line, which is the company’s flagship polycrystalline module. In 2011, ReneSola created Virtus, the world’s first quasi monocrystalline ingot based on an improved casting process. Virtus produces the same power output as a standard mono module but at a much lower production cost, and with lower light induced degradation (LID) issues and reduced power loss at higher temperatures.

  ReneSola has since launched Virtus II, the successor to the innovations pioneered by Virtus and an even more advanced polycrystalline wafer technology, which leads to4% higher performingPV modules, compared to modules with conventional polycrystalline cells. The more advanced crystal structure of the Virtus and Virtus II wafer also enabled ReneSola to cut its production costs, thanks to a reduced wafer breakage rate compared to other more traditional polycrystalline wafers in the market. As a result of these two major benefits, Virtus and Virtus II have given ReneSola a sustainable tool to cope with the increasingly price competitive solar market.
